About Us

Dubbo Health Hub is a locally-owned multidisciplinary family medical practice, established in early 2023.  Our owners have been long-term clinicians and residents of the Dubbo region and have a strong commitment to providing access to quality multi-disciplinary health care to the Central Western NSW community as well as supporting the next generation of doctors through training and education. 

We are AGPAL accredited and are an accredited RACGP registrar training site.   We have a strong interest in teaching, regularly hosting medical students from The University of Sydney and other universities.  

Dubbo Health Hub is a compassionate and patient-centred medical practice offering primary care services in Dubbo, NSW We specialise in general practice, dietetics, and psychology services, providing comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families.

With Dubbo evolving and growing into a major regional centre, our owners Dr Heather Maleham, Dr Pethidia Mango and Helen Barnett (Dietitian) wanted to create a family medical practice that centred traditional country values – compassion, autonomy, quality, and excellence, alongside the demands that are arising in the modern world – trauma-informed, inclusive of diversity, and acknowledgement of life stress and challenges. Our purpose is to provide high-quality, trauma-informed health care to the Dubbo community and to create a safe and supportive environment for our patients, staff and colleagues so that we can provide the fourth dimension of healthcare that is often overlooked and undervalued.

DHH is located in the heart of Dubbo, with easy access to other health services including imaging, pathology, allied health clinicians, specialist services, and Dubbo Base Hospital.   Our practice is also within easy walking distance to local cafes, gyms and the central business district.
