Consultation Fees

Dubbo health Hub is a private billing practice, which reflects and enables our commitment to providing quality health care. Fees are payable at the time of appointment. We accept cash and EFTPOS. Videoconferencing or phone consults require payment over the phone via credit card. Reception will call after your appointment to fix up your payment over the phone. 

If you fail to attend your appointment, there may be a fee of $50 - 100. Which is not refundable from Medicare.

Please see our schedule of standard fees below. Note that patients may be charged for additional procedures taken during the consultation. These costs are charged to cover the cost of instrument use, dressings and other consumables. Our reception staff will provide an estimate of out-of-pocket costs for all services prior to the appointment. 

We bulk bill:

  • Veterans’ Affairs card holders
  • patients with appointments related to a care plan or Health Assessments 
  • childhood immunisations.
