Ange is a warm, compassionate and insightful clinician who has many years of experience working with mothers and families in the perinatal period. Her approach is individualised, trauma informed and grounded in attachment theory. Ange creates a safe and non-judgemental space for clients to deepen their understanding of their emotional difficulties and develop skills to create change and improve emotional well-being as they navigate their journey through early parenting. 

Ange works with mothers, fathers and families experiencing: 

  • Perinatal depression and anxiety (pregnancy through to postnatal)
  • Birth trauma and birth debriefing
  • Fertility difficulties  
  • Perinatal grief and loss (early pregnancy through to infant loss)
  • Issues with parent-infant bonding and attachment 
  • Adjustment to parenting 
  • High risk and Complications during pregnancy 

Ange has specially trained in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health and Perinatal Loss and Grief. Her work is underpinned by evidence-based approaches including: Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
